Meet Our Psychiatry Team

Dr. Alberto Rojas is a board-licensed psychiatrist and the Medical Director at Arc Mental Health. With over 30 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Rojas completed his psychiatry residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami and has since built a career spanning clinical psychiatry, telepsychiatry, and clinical research, including work as a sub- and principal investigator on Phase 3 studies treating agitation and psychosis in Alzheimer’s disease — giving him particular insight into the psychiatric needs of older adults. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and trained in TMS.

Dr. Juan Oms is a distinguished psychiatrist with extensive experience in clinical practice, education, and healthcare administration. He completed his psychiatry residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, in collaboration with the University of Miami and the VA Medical Center, followed by a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship. He has held leadership roles including Medical Director at New Horizons Community Mental Health Center and Chairman and Psychiatry Residency Program Director at Larkin Community Hospital. A leader in interventional psychiatry, he has served since 2019 as Director of Psychiatry for Ketamine Health Centers, and currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at AGAPE Network.
