Sahily Andreu, MSN, APRN, FNP, PMHNP
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Sahily Andreu is a bilingual Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Arc Mental Health, bringing over 20 years of healthcare experience and a uniquely well-rounded clinical perspective shaped by her background as both a physician and a nurse practitioner.
Sahily began her medical career in Havana, Cuba, earning her medical degree from the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences of Havana. She went on to serve as a Comprehensive General Physician and Medical Director at a polyclinic in Centro Habana, providing primary and preventive care and supervising healthcare teams for over a decade. After relocating to Miami, she built a new path in U.S. healthcare — earning her Associate Degree in Nursing and later her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Miami Regional University, before completing her MSN as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Walden University.
At Arc Mental Health, Sahily conducts comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses and treats a range of mental health conditions, and develops individualized treatment plans that combine medication management with patient education and consistent follow-up care. Her earlier experience in home health nursing and behavioral health case management gives her a holistic view of how mental health connects to a patient’s broader medical, social, and family life — a perspective she brings into every appointment.
Sahily is known for her warmth, clinical thoroughness, and ability to make psychiatric care feel approachable — especially for Spanish-speaking patients who value being understood in their own language.
