Individual Therapy

Also called "talk therapy", counseling sessions help individuals cope with problems more effectively by learning skills, improving sense of self, and relating to others better. Therapist are trained to help you overcome issues that are essential to experiencing overall wellbeing.

Group Therapy

Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues. Sharing one's experiences with other people that are going through the same thing and learning skills jointly with others is very therapeutic.

Psychiatric Services/Child, Adolescent & Adults

A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation may be needed to diagnose emotional, behavioral, or developmental disorders. An evaluation is made based on past history and current behaviors and a treatment plan that oftentimes includes medication is developed.

Medication Management

Medications are used to treat mood disorders and other deficits that cannot be treated with counseling or behavioral therapy alone. Regular visits allow patients to discuss symptoms, medication side effects, etc. to ensure they are receiving the most effective treatment.

ADD/ ADHD Treatment

Medication is an important part of Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) treatment. Doctors can choose from many types of medication to control the symptoms associated with ADHD. Whether you are just beginning or resuming treatment, we will help you every step of the way.

Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Psychosocial rehabilitation is a treatment approach designed to help improve the lives of people with mental illness. Its goal is to teach them emotional, cognitive, and social skills to help them live and work in their communities as independently as possible

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

TMS is a noninvasive technological breakthrough that involves applying a series of short magnetic pulses to stimulate nerve cells in areas of brain known to be associated with major depression. The magnetic pulses induce small electric currents that change the firing patterns of neurons, altering dysfunctional brain patterns associated with depression.

For Companies

The average person waits 8-10 years to get help for a mental health condition. That’s nearly a decade of symptoms—unaddressed and untreated—before someone decides to seek support. The majority of employees will experience symptoms of a mental health condition and won't seek for treatment often because of the strong stigma associated with mental health.

For Health Institutions

Together we can improve mental health in our South Florida communities. We aim to facilitate access through personalized services and programs that bridge the gaps in the health system, provide a continuum of care, and help people thrive at their optimal potential.
